1 cup Ancent Harvest's Quinoa, Traditional, Organic (1/4 cup dry / 46 grams) 1.5 cup Edamame, shelled, fresh .75 cup, chopped Walnuts .5 cup, packed Raisins, golden seedless 3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 4 tbsp Red Wine Vinager (by MARNIJT) 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .66 tbsp Honey .75 tsp Salt 1 tsp Mustard -- Wegman's Dijon Whole Grain Mustard (by FCASTELO) .50 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
Directions
cook quinoa and edamame separately.
cool quinoa
Add together with walnuts, raisins and green onions
add rest of ingredients in separate bowl then add quinoa
