Ingredients
1/4 cup dry Oatmeal 1 tbsp Tapioca Starch, corn starch, arrowroot1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/25 tsp Baking Soda 1/8 cup Milk 1/3 tbsp Cider Vinegar 1 Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients with processors, hand, or electric blending items.
Add the vinegar to the milk and let sit for 5 minutes. Vinegar and baking soda in an enclosed blending device can cause unusual combustion. Heat pan of griddle with oil or butter and cook unitl done. Taste great with sugar free syrup!
