Clam Chowder - Nanock (Clear Broth)

Ingredients
5 cans Bumble Bee Chopped Clams, 6.5oz each2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw small cubes4 slices Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .33 cup Parsley .5 tsp Oregano, ground .18 tsp Sage, ground Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Cook bacon until crisp, remove & set aside. Add onion and cook until tender, add juice from clams, parsley, oregano, sage, black pepper & potatoes. When potatoes are cooked, add chopped clams & bacon simmer for approx 5 min or until hot.
