MIX TOGETHER BREAD CRUMBS, PARMESAN(1/2 CUP) , AND CRUSHED UP PARSLEY. COAT CHICKEN IN MIXTURE.
SPRAY PAN WITH NON STICK SPRAY, BAKE IN OVEN FOR 20-30 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES.
JUST BEFORE THEY ARE DONE PUT 1 Tbs OF SAUCE ON TOP OF EACH BREAST. COVER AND LET FINISH COOKING.
WHEN DONE SPRINKLE WITH MORE PARMESAN (APPROX. 1 tsp) OR MOZZARELLA ( MOZZARELLA NOT ADDED TO NUTRITION INFO)
