1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 8 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob’s Red Mill) 12 tbsp Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter 8 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 50 gram CHOCOLATE bar - dark 70% cocoa Moser-Roth 5.33 tbsp Honey .16 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added 1 tbsp chia seeds
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Using you hands or a scoop ( I used tbsp measure) scoop mixture into your hands and roll into balls. Place in air tight container in the fridge to chill for 30 min to 1 hour before eating or freeze.
