1.87 cup Chick Peas 1.87 cup Beans, black 25 grams Cilantro, raw 1 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 0.5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Salt .33 cup Granulated Sugar 8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 16 serving Subway Vinegar (1 teaspoons)
1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, sugar, vinegar, chili powder, and salt.
2. Add tomatoes, black beans, chick peas,orn, red onion and peppers. Stir to combine.
3. Stir in cilantro. Cover, chill at least an hour or overnight to blend flavours.
