Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves1 jar tomato basil spaghetti sauce2 15-oz cans diced tomatoes1 Tbsp dried basil1 tsp dried oregano3 cloves garlic
Directions
Place all ingredients into crock. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours. Remove chicken from crock and shred. Return chicken to pot. Makes 16 1/2-cup servings. Serve over whole wheat pasta.

    This was great! My husband and I loved it,so easy too! I just used no salt tomatoe sauce instead of the spaghetti sauce and added my own spices. - 8/14/09

    Not sure if the rating on this recipe is a mistake. I found it watery and it didn't stick to the pasta like sauce should. It didn't taste horrible but certainly doesn't warrant the 5 star rating! - 2/27/13
