16 oz Ground beef, lean 0.33 cup Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes (1 serving = 1/3 cup) 1 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g .5 tsp Ginger, ground .15 tbsp Rum flavoring - Watkins Imitation 12/13 (by ALILDUCKLING)
