Ingredients
Whole Wheat Panko Crumbs (or bread crumbs)3 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 16 oz Turkey, Honeysuckle White, All Natural, Lean Turkey Breast Cutlets, Boneless, Skinless Seasonings You Like to taste
Directions
Mix seasonings, panko & hemp seeds together. Wet turkey cutlets and coat with panko or bread crumbs.

Cook in an air fryer 12 to 14 minutes, turning 1/2 way.
