2.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tbsp Basil0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes0.25 cup 2% milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Saute onion until tender. Add tomatoes cook 1 minutes add spinach cook 1 minute. Take pan off of heat. Beat eggs with milk pour over vegetables. Place chopped basil over eggs then add the cheese making sure to spread it over pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fratatabis set
