2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 10 oz. package broccoli1 cup carrots, sliced1.5 c. sugar snap peas1 cup, chopped red peppers2 cup riced cauliflower 1 lb. Beef, round steak6 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
1. In olive oil, stir fry veggies until just barely tender crisp.
2. Add steak (these might be easier to cut after cooked) and teriyaki
3. Simmer and stir until steak is done.
4. If necessary, slice steak.
