Healthy Banan Oat Muffins

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tsp Vanilla Extract .25 cup Honey 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Salt 5.3 oz Dannon Light & Fit Greek Vanilla Yogurt 8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable 2 cup Oats, Quaker
Preheat oven to 350.
In a medium bowl mash ripened banana until smooth. Add egg and mix.
Add vanilla, honey, cinnamon, salt and yogurt and mix. Stir in oats.
Add milk.
Fill muffin tin half full, add optional ingredients, then fill cups with rest of batter.
Bake for 30 minutes and cool for 5 minutes.
