Muffin Bacon Spinach and Cheese Quiche

6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese .25 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving) .25 tsp Salt 1 cup Spinach, fresh chopped3 serving Bacon, Applegate Farms Sunday Bacon (2 strips)
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cook bacon and cut into bits.
3. Scramble eggs until smooth
4. Mix in other ingredients
5. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
6. Fill tin's 2/3 to 3/4 of the way with mixture.
7. Cook for 25 minutes.
8. Let cool for 30 minutes
