Parmesan Potato Stacker

Ingredients
5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Thyme, ground
Directions
Spray large size muffin tin
thinly slice potatoes 1/16 inch
place in a bowl, add melted butter, parmesan cheese and spices. Toss to coat.
Evenly layer the potatoes into stacks in the muffin tins, sprinkle with salt and pepper
bake in 350 oven for 55-60 min till golden brown and centers are tender
