Fruit smoothy

Ingredients
1 6 oz. lite yogurt4 oz. 1% milk5 lg. fresh or frozen whole strawberries25 fresh or frozen blueberries (handful)1 small banana
Directions
Cream yogurt and milk in blender. Add berries and blend on med-high to high. When well blended, add banana and blend until smooth (about 30 sec.)
Tip: I like to buy my berries fresh and put into the freezer to use when needed. Blueberries I stick right in the freezer in the container they come in. Strawberries I wash and remove stems first.)
