1.0 unit, yield from 1 lb raw Ground Turkey2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw1.0 cup Rice, Minute Rice, Whole Grain, Brown Rice2.0 cup canned diced tomato, unsalted
Brown turkey with onions and mushrooms add tomatoes. Add cooked rice to mixer. PreCook green pepper in microwave for 3 minutes. Stuff peppers with meat & rice mixture. Bake for 20 minutes in oven or 5 minutes in microwave. Serve with picante sauce.
