2 oz Parmesan Cheese, hard 4 tbsp Half and Half Cream 2 fl oz White Wine 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 3 clove Garlic 109 Grams Mushrooms, fresh 10 sprout Brussels sprouts, cooked 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 0.25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 8 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh 0.5 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked 1 serving Carrot Sticks (baby) 3 oz serving 1 Serving(s) Girasoli ricotta and lemon zest
1. Sauté vegetables in butter.
2. Deglaze with wine, add half-and-half and cheese.
3. Boil pasta.
4. Toss together.
