5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 3 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) .33 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .25 tsp Salt favorite herbs, to tastepepper

Mix all ingredients together. Let sit for an hour or longer before using.
