Slow Cooker Beef Casserole

Ingredients
1 cup wild rice, uncooked 3 stalks celery3 carrots8 oz canned mushrooms, drained1 onion1 Tbsp garlic, minced .5 cup almonds, slivered 1 cube beef bouillon 1.25 tsp seasoned salt 2 lbs ground beef (nutrition info = 93% lean) 3 cups water
Directions
Chop celery, carrots, and onion.

Layer ingredients in slow cooker. Bottom layer = wild rice; second layer = vegetables; 3rd layer= flavoring (garlic, almonds, bouillon, seasoned salt); top layer = meat.

Add water over top.

Cover.

Cook on low 6-8 hours (until rice is tender).

Stir before serving.
