OAMM Banana Fritters with Whole Wheat Flour

Ingredients
2 cup, mashed Banana, fresh (~7 bananas)1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup Milk, 1% .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Directions
Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Heat griddle over medium heat. Spray griddle with cooking spray. Drop batter by 1/4 cup-fulls. As batter begins to bubble, flip and cook on the other side.
