PRE HEAT BROLER,PLACE POTATOS IN A 3-4 QT SAUCEPAN,COVER WITH WATER AND BRING TO A BOIL,COOK UNTIL FORK TENDER.SAUTE ONIONS UNTIL TRANSLUCENT,CUT INTO SMALLER PIECES.DRAIN POTATOS,MASH WITH BUTTERMILK AMD SKIM MILK ADD ONION.
