Wheat mini chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Butter, unsalted0.25 tsp Salt2.0 cup, bite size Frosted mini-wheats cereal, bite size (55g)0.5 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Baking Soda0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar1.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour12.0 tbsp *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions
Take the crumbs left in the cereal bag or crush up enough for 1 cup. I used my coffee/spice grinder to get a fine cereal. Cream butter and brown sugar, add vanilla. Then add dry ingredients- cereal, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. Mix well. Drop dough on by rounded teaspoons to cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes (depends on how soft you want them) Serving Size: 30 cookies (2 1/2 dozen)
