1 tbsp Sesame Oil ...or less4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil ...or less6 cup Bean sprouts 2 tbsp Argo Cornstarch 2 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 12 oz Ground Pork 1 large Onions, raw .5 tsp Ginger, ground 3 cup Cabbage, napa pam olive oil spray
spray regular frypan w/pam olive oil spray...brown ground pork in sesame oil...set aside in a bowl...
add vegetable oil & sauté celery...then add onion...then cabbage...cook til slightly tender
add bean sprouts...add pork..
stir cornstarch, water, ginger & soy sauce together...add to pan...stir til thickened...
adjust water, ginger, soy sauce to taste...
Serving Size: 3 bowl servings (sometimes 4 servings)
