Ham & beans & grain soup

Ingredients
1/4 cup Mayocoba (Peruano)Beans (dry) (by SHELLY3455) 1/4 cup Barley, pearled, raw 1/4 cup Millet 1/4 cup Ancent Harvest's Quinoa, Traditional, Organic 1/4 cup Lentils 1/4 cup Farro (dry-uncooked) 1/2 cup Baby Lima Beans, Dry, Cooked w/out meat 2 large Onions, raw - chopper2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw - sliced thin7 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw - sliced thin12 oz Ham, Bone-In Smoked Picnic Ham - I used the rest of the ham & the bone from a ham we'd had earlier in the week.Salt & pepper to taste5 quarts water
Directions
Place all ingredients in large stock pot. Bring to a rolling boil. Turn temperature down to a simmer & cook for a couple of hours. Remove the ham bone & let cool. Remove all the meat from the bone & chop up & return to pot. Discard bones and fat.
