Savory Spinach Crepe

Ingredients
0.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten-free Flour Mix (by FIT_ARTIST) 0.50 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Sorghum Flour (by TAKTYXSGIRL) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup Trader Joe's Coconut Milk Beverage - Unsweetened 0.33 cup Spinach, fresh 3 1tsp Canola Oil
Directions
Mix flours, eggs, milk, and spinach in a food processor until smooth. Heat oil in a pan.
Pour batter into pan to make a thin layer across the entire bottom of the pan. Cook 2 min on each side.

Serve with whatever you like.
