Life Changing Vegan Cheese Sause

Ingredients
2 cup diced Potato, raw 4 oz Great Value Almond Milk unsweetened 2 medium Carrots, raw 2 1tsp Olive Oil .5 lemon yields Lemon Juice .5 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Onion powder .5 tsp Paprika 1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 1 tsp Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium
Directions
Peel, Cut, and boil the potatoes and carrots. Meanwhile, add all the other ingredients to a blender. When the potatoes and carrots are soft when pierced with a fork (carrots will take a little longer), drain them and add them to the blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes, until creamy. Yum!
