Easy mango salsa

Ingredients
2 medium mangos, diced1 large red (or green) pepper, diced1/2 medium red onion, diced1 red tomato, diced1 green jalapeno, diced small2 tbs. fresh cilantro, choppedjuice of one limesalt to taste
Directions
Makes 6 1-cup servings

Chop all fresh ingredients in equal sizes and mix together in bowl. The jalapeno should be diced very small. Rinse black beans and add to bowl. Add juice of one lime and salt to taste.

Serve with fish, chicken, tortilla chips or as a refreshing snack.
