Low Carb Beef Stew

Ingredients
3 lb Beef chuck 1 lg Turnip12 oz. Mushrooms1 sm Zucchini 1 sm Yellow squash 12 oz can Diced Tomatoes1 tsp Salt 3 tsp Instant Boullion1 tsp black pepper1 tsp Accent flavor enhancer1 tsp smoked paprika2 tbsp Parsley, dried1 tsp Thyme2 tsp Xanthan Gum 1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce1 small Onion, chopped1 tsp Garlic Minced
Directions
1. Heat a small amount of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add beef to the skillet and cook until evenly browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and cut into 1 in. cubes.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, beef boullion, Accent, paprika, parsley, thyme and xanthan gum.
4. Place beef, turnips, mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, onion and garlic into a 6-qt slow cooker.
5. Sprinkle spice and herb blend over the contents of the slow cooker. Thoroughly coat the beef and vegetables.
6. Stir in the tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce.
7. Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
