Directions
Mix all dry ingrients in a bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in a saucepan and heat until melted and well blended. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well. Spread into well greased 9x9 or larger pan. Refrigerate until cool and set. Slice into approximately 40 equal portions. Store in air tight container in refrigerator.
