1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 serving Chicken - Thigh - Stewed - 192Cal/1/2-Cup/33-Grams1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
Simmer chicken in own juices and oil and herb mix. Then add mushrooms & onions cook on low till cooked completely. Remove from heat but keep covered. Last add fresh spinach till tender. Serving Size: 1 thigh
