5.0 tsp Coriander seed3.0 tsp Cumin seed200.0 Grams Dill weed, fresh4.0 tbsp Sunflower Oil800.0 Grams Cauliflower, frozen, cooked0.25 cup Garlic200.0 Grams Onions, raw150.0 Grams Parsley170.0 grams Cilantro, raw
Fry up the onions, add everything else roughly chopped & about 3 cups of water, when the cauliflower cook, blend everything till smooth & creamy. Before serving, fry up onions & garnish the dish, chill then serve with bread or raw veggies as a dip or even alone.
