Ingredients
0.5 cup Thick Rolled Oats - Whole Foods0.75 cup Milk, 1%0.5 cup Blueberries, fresh0.12 cup, chopped Walnuts1.5 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
Directions
Bring milk & 1/4 cup water to almost boil them add Thick Oats. Cook 5 to 10 minutes or until Oats after soft and most liquid is absorbed. Add blueberries, sugar, walnuts, spice is desired (life spice is good) and serve.
