2 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal8.0 tbsp Great Value Reduced Fat Peanut Butter0.5 cup Great Value Sugar Free Pancake & Waffle Syrup
Melt peanut butter and syrup together in microwave, then in medium to large bowl put in crispy cereal first then pour peanut butter and syrup mixture over it...with rubber spatula or a fork, thoroughly, but gently stir all together...using wax paper or parchment paper line a 9x9 baking pan...pour all mixture in pan and pat and smooth down evenly...place in refrigerator or freezer for 30 minutes, maybe a bit longer in refrigerator, so it will set and make bars...take it out and divide into 9 even squares!
There are many variations to this snack like adding nuts, raisins, chocolate, etc.
This is vegan, gluten free, dairy free!
