1 large Egg, pasture, fresh, whole, raw 1/4 c white wine vinegar or fresh lemon juice3/4 c organic cold pressed Olive Oil 2 cloves of fresh Garlic or 1 t garlic powder1 tbsp Fish Sauce 1/4 c grated Parmesan Cheesesalt and pepper to taste
Combine everything except oil and cheese in blender. Blend. With blender running on low slowly power in oil to emulsify. Finally add cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to glass jar and refrigerate.
