Ingredients
2 cup Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can 1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 1 cup Rosarita Refried Beans, Fat Free 2 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 2 cup Black Beans - canned - Kroger 3 cup Old ElPaso Red Enchilada sauce (by AKACARL) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 32 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 2 tsp olive oilSeason as desired. (Suggestion: garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, paprika)
Directions
brown turkey with chopped onions and celery, season as desired
in slow cooker add in all other ingredients
when turkey is brown, pour into slow cooker
set on low until done, about 4 hours.
