Tofu veggie stir-fry

Ingredients
Tofu (400g)Assorted vegetables (here I used a large head of broccoli, 3 cups of cabbage, and some baby bok choy)1 can water chestnuts1 can bamboo shoots1.5 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp fish sauce2 tbsp oyster sauceCrushed garlic to taste
Directions
Heat the oil in a wok or large pan. Fry the tofu until it is golden brown. Add the vegetables and sauces and cover. Cook 10 minutes. Makes four large servings.
