Pesto Scallops and Angel Hair Pasta

Ingredients
4 oz Scallops, raw 1 serving Barilla Protein PLUS Angel Hair pasta (2oz, 56g, 1/7 of box) (by TAHANII) 28 gram(s) Kirkland Artichoke Hearts marinated in oil 1 serving Sweet mini peppers (3) 1 stalks Celery, cooked 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 2 mushroom Mushrooms, cooked 0.25 cup Barilla Traditional Basil Pesto 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 1 1tsp Olive Oil .25 lemon yields Lemon Juice
Directions
Cook pasta until al dente . In seperate pan, saute in butter and olive oil - all the vegetables and the scallops. Drain pasta and stir in with Pesto sauce. Squeeze fresh lemon on top.
