Broccoli Soup (Cream of) The Plan

Ingredients
3 tbsp Olive Oil, ghee, or butter1 large onion, chopped (about 1.5 to 2 cups)1 tbsp Sage, ground or rubbed1 tsp Cumin seed , ground1/2 tsp Celery seed2 cups Low Sodium Vegetable or chicken Broth2 cups water8 cups chopped Broccoli, fresh (about 1-1/2 lbs. chopped)4 cups chopped Zucchini 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 1 14 oz. can Coconut milk, full fat1 medium Avocado, peeled and pitted
Directions
Put the olive oil in a soup pot and heat over medium-low heat. Add the onion, sage, cumin, and celery seed. Sauté until onion is tender.Then add the broth, water, coconut milk, zucchini and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes. Transfer soup to blender and blend in batches, adding in the avocado.
