Cauliflower pizza dough

Ingredients
2.0 cup Cauliflower, raw4.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk4.0 oz Asiago Cheese2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Oregano, ground0.5 tbsp Basil
Directions
Chop cauliflower in blender or food processor. Squeeze excess water from cauliflower using paper towels. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet in 8 mini pizza rounds. Flatten evenly. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 20 minutes, then add toppings and bake for about 10 more minutes, or until toppings are done.
