Filling24 oz Greek Cream Cheese1 1/2 c. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (melted and cooled to room temperature)1/4 c. Plain Greek Yogurt 1 c. unsifted Powdered Sugar 1 tsp. vanillaCrust8 Chocolate Graham Crackers 6 tbsp Butter, melted1 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
Crumble graham crackers. Mix with melted butter and sugar for crust. Press into 9" pan.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until fluffy.
Add chocolate. Beat until well mixed. Pour into crust and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
Serving Size: Makes one 9" pie. Serving is 1/16 of a pie.
