Broccoli, crasin, sunflower seed salad

Ingredients
2 Bunches of Broccoli flourettes chopped1/2 C. Sunflower seeds (hulled)2/3 C. CrasinsDressing 1/2 C. Splenda1 C. Fat Free Mayonnaise3 Tbls. Lemon Juice
Directions
Makes 8 1/4-cup servings

Combine Mayonnaise, splenda and lemon juice to make the dressing. Set aside.

Chop broccoli flourettes into small, bite-size pieces and mix with sunflower seeds and crasins.

Combine with dressing and serve.
