Key Lime Cheesecake with Graham Cracker Crust

Crust:1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs (about 10 sheets)2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder3 tbsp Greek vanilla yogurt (Dannon light & fit)2 tbsp packed Brown Sugar Filling:1 package sugar free lime flavored gelatin1/2 cup Water16 oz Neufchatel Cheese12 oz Light Fat Free Key Lime Pie Flavored Yogurt 1 cup Cool Whip whipped topping
Crust:
1) Preheat oven to 350�F
2) In a medium bowl, mix together all crust ingredients (Hands work best). Press firmly into a 9 inch pie pan
3) Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes
Filling:
1) Bring water to a boil and add gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved.
2) Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth. Blend in yogurt and cool whip.
3) Slowly pour in gelatin and continue beating until thoroughly blended.
4) Pour into pre-made crust, cover, and refrigerate until firm (about 3 hours)
