Ingredients
6 oz light tuna (packed in water) low sodium2 hard boiled eggs1 Tbs light mayonaise2 Tbs Dijonnaise1/4 cup chopped onion2 Tbs copped green pepper2 Tbs jalepeno pepper chopped1 Tbs sweet pickle relish
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Makes 3 servings. Great on lettuce or on reduced calorie bread (open face or sandwich).
