Ingredients
8.0 fl oz Half and Half Cream0.06 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched2.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted1.0 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, gratedGarlic to taste
Directions
Melt butter. Add flour and whisk until bubbling. Slowly add cream and whisk until thick. Add cheese, garlic and sun dried tomatoes. Enjoy over pasta, or wherever!
