1 cup Lentils 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 0.5 cup Tomato Sauce 1 1tsp Canola Oil 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried 1 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Thyme, fresh
Directions
Cocinar las lentejas con la papa en cuadritos, la mitad de la cebolla, la zanahoria y las hierbas. Aparte hacer un sofrito con el tomate y la cebolla restante. Mezclar las dos partes al final
