Ingredients
2 medium Yukon Gold Potatos20 beans Green Beans .5 cup Red Onion Raw 1 med bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 can Trader Joe's Albacore Solid White Tuna in Water 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard10 Kalamata Olives
Directions
Cook potatos 20 min, cool. Blanch beans & cool. Chop other veggies. Mix vinaigrette. Pour over salad, stir and cool for an hour in the refrigerator. Add the tuna, stir and serve.
