Sesame Garlic Chicken Lettuce Wraps

16 oz Organic Valley Ground Chicken, Frozen 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .5 cup, grated Carrots, raw .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 6 tbsp Fresh Market Sesame Garlic Sauce (by NCAMERON77) 8 inner leaf Romaine Lettuce (salad) .75 cup, chopped Scallions, raw
Saute chicken in non-stick pan.
Roughly cut vegetables. Reserve half of the carrots and onions for garnish.
Add sauce to chicken in same skillet and stir to combine. Boil to reduce liquid so it coats chicken.
Add veggies to pan and saute until veggies are softened.
To serve, spoon approximately 1/4 cup mixture into each romaine leaf. Garnish with carrot and scallions.
