Baked rice pudding

Ingredients
3 egg whites.25 better n' eggs1/2 cups milk 1/4 c sugar1 tsp vanilla2/3 cup cooked ricepinch of nutmeg or cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 325.
Combine first 5 ingredients, beat til combined. add rice , mix well. Pour into casserole. Place in baking pan filled with water
to about 1 in depth. Bake 45 minutesor until knife inserted comes out clean. Serve warm with a pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon.
