Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 15 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 4 tbsp Mayonnaise, Hellmans Real Mayo 16 oz Salmon Filet, Wild Caught(Sea Queen)Aldi onion powdergarlic saltparsley flakesMrs. Dashsriracha sauce
Directions
combine 1 lb flaked cooked sockeye salmon, panko, eggs, mayo and seasonings in a medium sized bowl.
form patties and place in fridge for 1 hour. cook in nonstick pan on both sides until golden brown.
