Sweet potato, kale patties

Ingredients
24.0 oz Ground beef, lean1.0 small Onions, raw1.0 cup, chopped Kale1.0 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato2.0 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives2.0 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)2.0 1tsp Olive Oil1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Dice veggies amd sautee in olive oil until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Add dijon and chopped chives to ground beef. Add sauteed veggies and combine. Add egg and combine again. Form into patties and cook in pan five minutes on each side. Cook until done through. Serve with a salad alone or on a bun.
